隨著集團公司的迅速發展壯大，為進一步激勵廣大員工為集團公司做出更大貢獻，讓大家共享發展成果，2018年11月26日，中國安保技術集團（CSTG）召開總部和分支機構全體員工參加的視頻會議，集團董事長兼總裁譚鋒對《中國安保技術集團原始股配售方案》作了講解輔導，正式啟動員工購買公司原始股工作。這是CSTG成長進程中的一個標志性事件，是公司治理結構的重大改革，也是關系員工重要切身利益的大事，對于增強廣大員工的歸屬感認同感，提高集團公司的凝聚力向心力，不斷推動集團公司更好更快發展具有重大而長遠的歷史意義。

On November 26, 2018, CSTG held a video conference to all its staff, officially launching the program of allotment and purchase of its original shares.  

Tan Feng, the Chairman and CEO of CSTG addressed that this equity incentive measure is to further motivate the employees to make greater contribution along with CSTG’s rapid development.
