Retired from Chinese Marine corps, graduated from The PLA Nanjing Institute of Politics, has participated in major tasks such as armed escort in the gulf of Aden, evacuation of Chinese nationals from Yemen, joint exercises between Chinese and Australian marines, etc. He went to study overseas and was in charge for land projects and the maritime security.
